Theming

The assistant is invisible by default: it adopts neutral defaults and then bends to your brand so it reads as part of your storefront, never a bolted-on third-party chatbot. It renders in its own isolated layer, so your styles and the widget’s never collide.

SettingDescription
Accent colourA single brand colour for the launcher and key UI accents.
Assistant nameThe name shown in the chat header (e.g. “Ask Maxine”).
AvatarThe mark shown next to the assistant’s replies.
GreetingThe opening message and suggested starter questions.
Launcher shapeCorner radius / outline so the launcher matches your buttons.
VoiceThe brand tone the assistant writes in, tuned per storefront.

The same assistant adapts to each storefront. For example, the launcher can be a filled pill on one brand, a squared neutral button on another, and an outlined host-style control on a third — all without changing the underlying experience.

By default the launcher docks to the bottom-right of the viewport. To anchor it to your own element instead, pass a target selector to the loader — see Getting Started.

The assistant speaks in your brand’s configured voice and stays on-topic. It politely declines off-topic prompts and won’t be talked into another persona — the guardrails are part of the per-storefront configuration, not something a shopper can override. See Trust & safety.
